A split pearl crescent brooch. Designed as a double row of graduated split pearls, to the tapered terminals. Length 2.7cms. Weight 6.4gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Minor surface wear in keeping with age/general wear. Some components date from the late 19th century, with later alteration and repairs. Replacement catch, minimal soft solder. Replacement pin and safety chain. Split pearls are replacements. Creamy colour, fairly well matched. Fairly good skins with some surface blemishes. Fairly good lustre. Stamped 15ct.
