A turquoise and diamond bar brooch. The circular turquoise cabochon and old-cut diamond diagonal line, to the knife-edge bar, with oval turquoise cabochon and old-cut diamond terminals. Estimated total diamond weight 0.70ct. Length 6.2cms. Weight 5.1gms.

Overall condition fair. Some surface wear and discolouration in keeping with age. Composite piece, made up of elements dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. Added safety chain. Two of the settings are silver-fronted. Turquoise varies slightly in hue. Typical inclusions. Gemstones in fair to good condition with some abrasion.
