An open face centre seconds pocket watch by M.Shaffer. Hallmarked Chester 1900. Signed key wind three quarter plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Cream enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Silver case with engraved cartouche to case back. 60mm.
