Lot Description
A mid 20th century platinum cultured pearl, seed pearl and diamond pendant. Of openwork design, the cultured pearls, measuring 5 to 3mms, to the old and rose-cut diamond surmount and seed pearl border, to the later added platinum chain. Chain with hallmarks for Birmingham, 2000. Length of pendant 4.8cms. Length of chain 38cms. Weight 11gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. The cultured pearls are quite well matched. Some are possible replacements. Seed pearls untested for natural origin. Diamonds bright and well matched. Individual size/setting of diamonds prevents accurate and full colour/clarity assessment. Estimated total diamond spread weight 0.70ct. Chain with hallmarks for platinum.
