An early 20th century 9ct gold garnet and split pearl pendant. Of openwork design, the purple garnet and split pearl floral garland and garnet drop, to the similarly-set foliate surmount, suspended from a period 15ct gold fancy-link chain. Length of pendant 4.7cms. Length of chain 43cms. Total weight 6gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Pendant stamped 9ct, H&W. The split pearls are well matched, general slight discolouration. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. The garnets are a reddish purple hue, the circular-shape smaller gems are a paler hue. Chain stamped 15ct, replacement barrel clasp stamped 9ct. Chain shows slight dents.
