Overall condition good. The pendant and necklace are both early 20th century, however do not appear to match, with both hook fittings to the necklace and pendant. There are scratches to the pendant and necklace in keeping with overall wear. There is a replacement pendant hook that has been added and soldered at a later date, visible lead solder to attached hook.  The split and seed pearls are well matched, some are possible replacements, visible blemishes to some. Seed pearls untested for natural origin. There are areas of typical wear to the case, dirt and scuffs. The case does fit fairly well, possibly not original to the piece.
