A late 19th century 18ct gold sovereign case. The circular-shape front panel, with engraved initial monogram, opening to reveal a sovereign holder, to the reverse panel dated 1901 and loop surmount. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1897. Length 4.6cms. Weight 20.8gms.
