Lot Description
A 1930's silver porringer bowl of circular, slightly tapering form with twin scroll handles, applied footed base with decorative border. Hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd., Birmingham 1932. Overall length including handles measures 6 1/8 inches (15.5 cm), weight 7.09 ozt (220.6 grams).

Condition Report
The bowl displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Knocks to the foot rim and main rim and a further slight dint to one side. Several deeper scratches and marks are visible, especially to the interior. The hallmarks are clear and legible, also with impressed makers mark to the underside.
