Lot Description
A modern silver four piece tea service comprising teapot, coffee pot, twin-handled sugar basin and cream jug, each of plain bulbous form to an oval footed base, stained wood handles and finials to the tea and coffee pots. Hallmarked Viner's Ltd., Sheffield 1964/65. Maximum height of coffee pot measures 8 3/4 inches (22.2 cm), gross combined weight 59.72 ozt (1857.6 grams).

Condition Report
The tea set appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some heavier scuffs, nicks and contact marks to some areas. Pitting marks visible to the interior of the cream and sugar. Handle to the coffee pot is loose, fixing pins appear broken. The hallmarks are clear and legible, also lion passant struck to hinged lids.
