Lot Description
A mid-twentieth century silver waiter of shaped circular outline having an applied border decorated with Celtic motifs, with presentation inscription to the plain centre and raised on three scrolled feet. Hallmarked Reid & Sons Ltd., Birmingham 1958. Overall diameter measures 6 1/8 inches (15.5 cm), weight 6.6 ozt (205.3 grams).

Condition Report
The waiter displays general wear including surface scratches, nicks and marks commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing is visible throughout and it would benefit from a clean and polish. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
The inscription reads 'Presented to F.F. Atkinson, Esq., from his fellow partners as a token of high esteem for his loyal service with A. Bradnum & Sons. Centenary 1958.
