A matched pair of George III silver Onslow pattern sauce ladles with shell bowls. Hallmarked George Baskerville, London 1766 and George Smith (II), London, date letter rubbed. Length measuring 8 inches (20 cm), gross weight 3.5 ozt (110 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Further heavy tarnishing and would benefit from a clean and polish. Both terminal joins are visible, to the second example pitted solder is visible. Creases cracks to the silver on the bowl around the heel on the first example. Hallmarks significantly worn to the second example.
