Lot Description
A pair of mid-eighteenth century Hanoverian pattern silver dessert spoons, hallmarked London, further marks rubbed. Together with an early eighteenth century three tine Hanoverian fork with engraved crest to the terminal reverse, hallmarks probably for Andrew Archer, Britannia silver, London, and a second similar example hallmarked London, further marks rubbed. Gross weight 3.9 ozt (124 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The bowls of the spoons have compressed and appear creased at the shoulders. The size of the forks differ slightly 17 cm and 17.5 cm. All hallmarks significantly worn.
