A George III silver soap box of spherical form, the detachable cover with diaper and scroll surround piercing and standing on a circular footed base. Hallmarked London 1770 with the maker's mark M.R. Height measuring 2 1/2 inches (6.5 cm), weight 2.5 ozt (80 grams).
