Lot 455

Lot Description

A pair of modern silver figures modelled as a male and a female pheasant, both in a standing position and with realistically decorated plumage. Hallmarked Israel Freeman & Son Ltd., London 1968. Length of each measuring 6 7/8 inches (17.5 cm).

Postage: Auction Default

Weight: No

Total lot weight: No

Both pheasants display some general wear including surface scratches, marks and tarnishing. On the male pheasant, the tip of the tail is very slightly bent over. On the female pheasant, there is a split in the tail feathers. There is some slight loss of surface definition or detail to feathers but still generally good.
