A pair of continental gold framed folding lorgnettes, marked 18k, engine turned decoration to the tapering handle and foliate motifs to the circular mounts and ring terminal, with silk case. Length measuring 4 7/8 inches (12.5 cm).

Condition Report
The folding mechanism appears in working order. They display some general wear including surface scratches and contact marks in keeping with the usage. A fairly large crack and chip to the glass and some further heavier scratches and marks. Impressed mark to the middle section containing 18k and possibly J F? Small tears and fading to the case.
