Lot Description

PRESTEX - a gentleman's wrist watch. Hallmarked Birmingham 1940. Numbered 676330. Signed manual wind movement. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 9ct yellow gold case fitted to an unsigned black crocodile strap with gold plated pin buckle. 22mm.

<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.

<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches, some lifting of the laminate visible to the naked eye.

<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing

<li>Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.  

<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints.  There are some areas of discolouration across the entire of the case.

<li>Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking.

<li>Strap shows wear with visible marks, creasing and discolouration.

<li>Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.<p>
