Lot Description

A late Victorian 9ct gold split pearl and turquoise ring. Designed as two split pearl, turquoise and purple gem flowers, to the stylised foliate shoulders and plain half-band. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1900. Weight 1.7gms.

Condition Report

The lot is in fair overall condition with scratches in keeping with general wear. The band has been resized/replaced with soft solder visible to the sides. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. Split pearls with significant wear. Purple gem with significant abrasion. The turquoise are mottled greenish blue hues, one with a small nick. Ring size P.
