A mid 20th century lady's synthetic ruby and diamond watch. The rectangular-shape dial with Arabic and hourly applied batons, to the single-cut diamond and calibre-cut synthetic ruby geometric border, to the brick-link strap. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Length 17cms. Weight 46.2gms.
