Lot Description
An 18ct gold diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Diamond weight 0.42ct, engraved to band, estimated I-J colour, SI clarity. Hallmarks for London, 2000. Weight 3.7gms.

Condition Report
<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear and light scratches in keeping with general wear.<p>
<li>Band shows evidence of resize. Wear to the white metal surface, revealing a yellow hue, particularly to the back of the band.<p>
<li>Diamond bright. Scattered light inclusions located under the table and towards the girdle, visible under magnification.<p>
<li>Diamond assessed within the limits of the mount. Diamond in good condition with minor abrasion.<p>
<li>Ring size N1/2. Inner band engraved .42.<p>
