Lot Description
A mid 20th century 9ct gold gem-set fan brooch. Of bi-colour design, the circular-shape amethyst and pink tourmaline floral cluster with bow surmount, atop a scroll engraved fan, to the plain bar. Maker's marks for Alabaster & Wilson. Length 5.7cms. Weight 5.8gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Amethyst are a slightly graduated purple through slightly reddish purple hue. The tourmaline are a medium pink through slightly reddish pink hue. Each with fair clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Stones in good condition with minor abrasion.<p>
<li>Stamped 9ct.
