Condition Report

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Tarnishing visible to silver settings.

Band slightly out of shape.

The band is a later addition to the mid 19th century cluster, visible solder to the back of the cluster, where they have been joined..

Diamonds fairly bright.

Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

Some diamonds are obviously drawing yellow, inclusions visible with magnification

As the emerald is backed we are unable to accurately assess the colour and saturation, the emerald has fair clarity and easily visible typical inclusions. Several inclusions are surface reaching

Stone in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. The facet edges and facet faces are quite curved, visible abrasion and scratches.

Ring size F.

Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
