A mid 20th century opal and gem-set necklace. Designed as a series of graduated opal beads, with faceted colourless gem intervals. Length 49cms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>The opals slightly vary in body colour, some are more grey and others more white, many have areas of flat colour. The opals display predominantly blues and greens, some with oranges and pinks.
<li>There are slight areas of abrasion to some.
<li>Necklace in possible need of re stringing.
<li>Clasp stamped 9c.
