A late 19th century gold lapis lazuli and split pearl bar brooch. The split pearl line and pyramidal lapis lazuli sides, to the cannetille decorated tapered columnar sides. Length 6.1cms. Weight 10.7gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Possible replacement fittings, slight discolouration.
<li>Later loop for safety chain.
<li>Lapis lazuli untested for natural colour origin.
<li>Lapis lazuli a mottled, medium deep blue, well saturated, with flecks of white.<p>
<li>Stones mostly in good condition with minor abrasions, one with more noticeable abrasion.<p>
<li>Split pearls with discolouration and wear.
