A late Victorian gold amethyst, diamond and split pearl pendant, circa 1880. The old and rose-cut diamond star, to the amethyst cabochon, within a split pearl border. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.25ct. Length 4cms. Weight 18.5gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Split pearls untested for natural colour origin. Growth lines visible to surface.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Amethyst has medium body colour, fairly well saturated, with typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
<li>Vacant back panel to reverse.
