A reverse carved intaglio and diamond brooch. The circular reverse carved intaglio, hand painted to depict three birds perched on a branch, with mother-of-pearl backing and rose-cut diamond surround. Diameter 2.6cms. Weight 12gms. With case.

<li>Overall condition good. Surface scratches and discolouration to the mount in keeping with general wear. Discolouration predominantly to the intaglios collet surround.
<li>The intaglio has light surface scratches.
<li>Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation.
<li>Light nicks and chips can be seen to some.
