<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>The necklace has been put together from some late 19th century components, they have been heavily polished and restored, with possible replacement stones, re graining.

<li>The backs of the collets are quite sharp.

<li>Replacement joining links and clasp.

<li>Amethyst medium pinkish purple, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.<p>

<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
