Lot Description
A pair case pocket watch by W.Hopley. Silver cases, hallmarked London 1821. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement and pierced balance cock. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Outer case 58mm. Together with another silver pair case pocket watch by Friggs.

<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
<li>Balance is abscent
<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches, some lifting of the laminate visible to the naked eye.
<li>Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint.
<li>Glass has noticeable scuffs and multiple scratches.
<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints.
<li>Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting.
<li>Bow is attached but is beginning to feel loose. Bow shows signs of wear
