Lot Description
An open face pocket watch by A Wherle & Sons. Hallmarked Chester 1903. Signed key wind full plate going barrel movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Silver case. 54mm.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches, some lifting of the laminate visible to the naked eye. Dial displays a few cracks to the enamel that are visible to the naked eye.
<li>Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint.
<li>Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. There are some more obvious chips to the edge of the glass, especially near the 5 o'clock hour marker.
<li>Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.<p>
<p>This lot does not come with box or papers.<p>
