A George III mahogany secretaire chest of drawers.
The moulded rectangular top over two cockbeaded short drawers with brass backplate ring handles flanking a central drawer enclosing a hinged writing surface over short drawers, the front with three conforming graduated long drawers on bracket feet, 36" x 20.75" x 34" high, (91cm x 52.5cm x 86cm).

Patched knot to top. General dark scratches and wear to top, commensurate with age.
Handles are old replacements - scars from bale handles. Minor age splits to sides. Internal writing surface recovered and lacking stop/ratchet to incline.
