The tapering circular body with NASA motif over Astronauts names and Apollo 11 medallion, engraved ‘Man on the Moon’, over the craft, relief boss of the Moon, motto ‘The Eagle has Landed’ and date 20th July 1969, hallmarked and numbered 12/1500 beneath, in original fitted box with booklet, 5”, (13cm) high.
