A Chinese lacquered box, of rectangular form having raised decoration of flowers and birds, with compartmented interior, 11.5'' x 9'' (30cm x 23cm), together with a rosewood chess box, having painted chess pieces to top, and a porcupine box with sliding top 6.75'' x 2'' (17 cm x 5 cm). (3).

lacquer box is broken and has splits, scratches and rubbing. interior edges are fraying. Chess box is scratched and dented with missing pieces. lid is broken and all chess pieces are damaged with pieces missing. Porcupine box has splits and is very dirty with some losses.
