A 19th century German style table clock.
Antonio Laguna, Italian for the French market.
The 4-inch white-enamelled convex dial having Roman hours and Arabic minutes framing subsidiary calendar and French days of the week dials, the two-train movement with undermounted bell, in hexagonal brass case upon winged paw feet, 5.5", (14cm) diameter (requires restoration).
Provenance: Private collection, purchased Phillips New Bond Street, 17th July 1990, sold with copy receipt.

Dial - general cracking to enamel, a couple of edge flakes. Wear around screw to XII.
Movement - appears sound but is untested.
Case - to restore - two brass bezel plates detached but present. One side glass missing.
