Lot Description
A pair of mid-Victorian silver mounted cut glass casters, each of bottle form having pierced silver cover, hallmarked Birmingham 1856, probably E&C, height measures 7 inches (18 cm). Together with a modern silver miniature cup of baluster form having foliate capped handle, John Rose, Birmingham 1972, height 4.75 cm, an Edwardian silver vesta case, William Hair Haseler, Birmingham 1909, a cased set of six 1920's silver handled knives, John Biggin, Sheffield 1927, plus another cased set of mother-of-pearl handled knives.

Condition Report
Casters in poor condition displaying heavy wear and tarnishing to silver covers with hallmarks partly illegible, and glass with dirt and residue to interior. Miniature cup displaying general tarnishing, and vesta case with heavy wear, rubbing and with few dints and distortion to cover. Both sets of knives displaying general signs of wear and use with light surface marks and rubbing, cases both with minor scuff and wear to lining.
