Lot Description

An early twentieth century silver sugar and cream jug, the oval bodies with canted corners and angular handles, hallmarked Asprey & Co Ltd, Birmingham 1915. Together with a late Victorian pair of silver grape scissors hallmarked Atkin Brothers, Sheffield 1893, a modern reproduction photograph frame embossed in high relief with various scenes of putti, hallmarked London 1992 and a William IV silver mounted child's rattle with whistle and coral handle. Gross weighable silver 10 ozt (313 grams). (4).

Varied state. The lot displays general scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing. Minor dents and bumps. Rattle with heavy polish deposits, minor tears and wear. Hallmarks varied but overall legible. Grape scissors overall in better condition.
