Lot Description
A 1920's silver spirit kettle, of crescent bulbous form with reeded band detail, raised upon pierced stand having four foliate capped cabriole legs and burner upon x-frame support. Hallmarked Barker Brothers, Chester 1921. Assembled height to top of handle measures 11 6/8 inches (30 cm), gross weight 38.18 ozt (1211.2 grams).

Condition Report
Overall good condition displaying light tarnishing and surface marks commensurate with age and use. Teapot handle slightly loose and hinge in working order. Stand with slight wobble but generally in good condition. One pin lock present but detached from stand, other missing. Burner appears in good condition although with few dints and signs of use. Hallmarks clear and legible although with some rubbing, and part hallmarks to separate components.
