Lot Description

An early twentieth century silver basket, of oval outline with wavy rim having foliate pierced decoration quartered by applied floral mouldings, the whole raised upon four scrolled feet. Hallmarked James Dixon & Sons Ltd., Sheffield 1913. Maximum length 12 4/8 inches (32 cm), weight 22.4 ozt (691.9 grams).
