Lot Description
A modern silver mounted cut glass claret jug of tapering form, having beaded rims to the plain silver collar and domed, hinged lid with bunches of grapes and trailing vine leaves to the handle and spout. Silver hallmarked Warwickshire Reproduction Silver, Birmingham 1976, the glass with acid etched maker's mark for Thomas Webb. Height to finial measures 11 1/4 inches (28.5 cm).

Condition Report
In good overall condition, displaying some general light wear including surface scratches, contact marks and tarnishing to the silver. Residues of polish. Hinged lid in good working order. The hallmarks are clear and legible, slight rubbing to date letter.
