Lot Description
A Victorian silver mounted hand held mirror of oval form, having a crimped rim enclosing an embossed figurative scene depicting a couple skating with their dog, floral and foliate scrolls to the handle, hallmarked John Septimus Beresford, London 1885. Together with an Edwardian silver mounted shoehorn and boot hook and a slightly later clothes brush. Height of mirror measures 11 1/2 inches (29.2 cm). (4).

Condition Report
All the items display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some dints and bumps. Also some flattening and slight loss of detail to some of the decoration. Damage to the mirror plate and numerous scratches. The silver mount on the clothes brush is in fairly poor condition and the brush is in a used state. Some slight distortion but the hallmarks are all legible.
