Lot Description
An Edwardian Art Nouveau silver mounted photograph frame of shaped rectangular outline, embossed with flowers, leafy stalk and tendril motifs and having a central vacant cartouche to the top, with faux leather easel back. Hallmarked William M Hayes, Birmingham 1901. Maximum height measures 8 1/8 inches (20.5 cm).

Condition Report
The silver mount displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Would benefit from a clean and polish. Some slight dints and the mount is lifting a little in places. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Considerable wear to the material mount and faux leather easel back with some losses, fading and discolouration. The frame does still stand up.
