A pair of continental bowls, probably South American, each of planished and tapering quatrefoil form with twin double scroll handles, the upper scroll surmounted with a caryatid terminal. Maximum height measures 4 1/4 inches (10.8 cm), weight 23.66 ozt (735.8 grams).

Condition Report
Both bowls display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Both would benefit from a clean and polish. Some slight surface dints and bumps. One bowl has some cracks and breaks in the metal around the lower join of one of the handles. Both appear unmarked.
