An Edwardian commemorative silver stamp holder, modelled as an envelope having raised profile of Edward VII within wreath, hinged cover and suspension ring, hallmarked Gourdel Vales & Co., Birmingham 1901, length measures 3 cm. Together with an early nineteenth century silver vinaigrette having foliate decoration to the hinged cover, opening to reveal silver-gilt and pierced grille, hallmarked Thomas Newbold, Birmingham 1824, length measures 3 cm. Gross weight 15.52 grams. (2).

Condition Report
Each in overall fair to poor condition. Stamp holder displaying signs of age and wear with light surface scratches, rubbing and tarnishing, hinge in good working order, hallmarks worn but legible and matching part hallmarks to cover. Vinaigrette with few dints and bumps to exterior, displaying signs of heavy wear, hinge in working order, gilding to interior worn, hallmarks worn but legible and no date letter present.
