An Edwardian silver sovereign case, having foliate decoration to the exterior with vacant circular cartouche to the hinged cover, opening to reveal singular engine-turned and sprung aperture. Hallmarked William Neale & Sons, Chester 1901. Diameter exclusive of suspension ring measures 3.25 cm, weight 16.65 grams.

Condition Report
Overall good condition displaying minor rubbing and tarnishing to exterior. Interior aperture measures 2.5 cm. Hallmarks with light rubbing but still legible with part hallmarks to sovereign support and suspension ring. Hinge and clasp in good working order.
