A late Victorian silver mounted glass scent bottle, of globular form having hobnail cut and flower-head decoration to the whole, the screw thread cover hallmarked C C May & Sons, Birmingham 1888, height measures 4 6/8 inches (12 cm). Together with a 1920's silver mounted glass caster, the hobnail cut body raised upon square foot, and star pierced cover hallmarked Selfridge & Co. Ltd., Birmingham 1924, height measures 6 2/8 inches (16 cm). (2)

Each in overall good condition. Scent bottle with minor scratches, marks and small chips to glass body, light rubbing to silver cover and hallmarks but still clear and legible. Caster also with minor marks and small chips to glass, few dints and bumps to silver cover, and slight rubbing to hallmarks but still clear and legible.
