A George III silver snuff box with dual hinged compartments, the oblong form entirely with reeded decoration opening to the main body to reveal a silver-gilt interior with later inscription and a further compartment along the spine of the box. Hallmarked London 1809 with the maker's mark I.? Length measuring 7.2 cm, weight 74 grams.
