Lot Description
A pair case pocket watch by Thomas Barker. Silver cases, hallmarked London 1828. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement and pierced balance cock. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Outer case 56mm.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial has noticeable cracks. Dial has a chip to the edge between five and six o'clock. Dial also shows marks.
<li>Hands are of different appearance/colour indicating one is a later replacement. Hands have marks and tarnishing.
<li>Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.
<li>Inner case has marks, scratches and some denting to the rear. Inner case also shows wear from when it has sat inside the outer case. Outer case shows marks, scratches, shallow dents and visible tarnishing. Button to open the outer case is missing.
<li>Pendent and bow show marks, scratches and visible tarnishing.<p>
