A ruby and diamond cluster ring. The cushion-shape ruby, weighing 1.03cts, within an old-cut diamond surround, to the openwork band with bar detail. Verbal from Stephen Kennedy, stating that the ruby is of Burma origin, with no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 0.90ct. Weight 5.7gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Band slightly out of shape, with more noticeable dents, evidence of resizing.
<li>Claws and mount show evidence of re-working.
<li>Diamonds fairly bright and well matched.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Varied inclusions.<p>
<li>Ruby is a deep medium slightly purplish red hue, well saturated, with no obvious inclusions under 10x.<p>
<li>Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
