A late 19th century 9ct gold amethyst and split pearl cluster brooch. The circular-shape amethyst, within a split pearl surround. Diameter 2cms. Weight 6.8gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Wear to the gilt finish.
<li>Amethyst is a medium slightly pinkish purple hue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions, including some surface reaching intergrown crystals.<p>
<li>Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
