An 18ct gold 'coloured' diamond single-stone ring. The 'brown' diamond, to the tapered plain band. Estimated diamond weight 1ct, tinted colour, P1 clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 2.9gms.

<li>Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>Band shows evidence of a resize.
<li>The diamond is drawing a strong brown hue, with localised surface reaching feather inclusions near the girdle, under a claw. May affect durability.
<li>Diamond untested for natural colour origin.
