Lot Description
ROLEX - a gentleman's Oysterdate Precision wrist watch. Circa 1972. Stainless steel case. Reference 6694, serial 3588038. Signed manual wind movement. White dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 35mm.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches.
<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
<li>Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.
<li>Case shows light scratches and marks. However the milled tooth edge of the case back displays heavy denting and damage in two areas. It appears someone may previously have tried a two pronged tool to access the movement. These marks are visible to the naked eye.
<li>Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking.
<li>Strap shows marks and creasing.
<li>Buckle shows noticeable marks and scratches.<p>
