Lot Description

A late 19th century 18ct gold ruby and diamond three-stone ring. The rectangular-shape ruby and old-cut diamonds, to the textured shoulders and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct, tinted colour, SI clarity. Weight 2.5gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>There is wear visible to the shoulder detail.

<li>One diamond is drawing more yellow than the other, small inclusions visible with magnification.

<li>Ruby medium light pinkish red, fairly weak saturation, with good clarity and minor typical inclusions.<p>

<li>Stone in fair condition, visible abrasion to the facet edges.<p>

<li>Ring size K1/2.<p>
